Carla attacks anyone who complains, defames them, weaponises the police and sends them to their house, and willfully and maliciously violates numerous laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). She has serious anger management issues, as evidenced by her attacks on complainants, and is ill-served to be in any community-facing role.

If Carla is responsible for Community & Stakeholder engagement on a project that affects you be prepared for absolutely no accountability. Carla believes in blaming everyone but herself and will go to extreme lengths in her attempt to discredit you. Be prepared to take legal action. Do not speak with Carla over the phone unless you are able to legally record the conversation. Always follow up in writing.

Carla and her entire team should be fired due to their poor performance and continued escalations with members of the community rather than taking accountability, ownership, and doing the right thing.
